Implying (5)…. the only thing you have got going for you IS that world…
BUT! If you don’t know how your customers identify that world and WHAT exactly it is they’re choosing, you’ll not be able to renew it (Page 96).
And end up having “your Kodak moment” (we don’t want that!). ..
